Kathmandu: A ward secretary has been arrested from Bara with a bribe of Rs 3,500.
The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority has arrested Subba Binod Prasad Sah, Deputy Secretary of Kolhi Municipality Ward No. 11 of Bara with a bribe of Rs 3,500.
A team from the Hetauda office of the commission arrested Sah on the basis of information that he had solicited bribe for the purpose of recommending land transfer.
